Job Summary
The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound calling, handling customer inquiries, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong persuasive abilities, and a passion for sales.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Sales
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate qualified sales leads.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and convert them into business opportunities.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable steel products.
- Generate new business through cold calling, referrals, online leads, and customer follow-ups.
- Achieve daily call targets, follow-up targets, and monthly sales objectives.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Conduct regular follow-ups on quotations, inquiries, and pending orders.
- Resolve customer queries regarding pricing, product specifications, delivery schedules, and order status.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through prompt communication and professional service.
Sales Coordination
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the sales, procurement, logistics, and operations teams for smooth order execution.
- Maintain accurate customer records, follow-ups, quotations, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Update daily sales reports, call reports, and customer feedback.
- Support marketing campaigns and lead-generation initiatives.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
- Strong sales, negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
- Ability to build trust and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word), Google Workspace, and CRM software.
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline (Preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in Telesales, Telecalling, Inside Sales, Business Development, Customer Acquisition, B2B Sales, or Sales Coordination.
- Experience in the Steel, Metals, Building Materials, Construction, Manufacturing, Industrial Products, Cement, Hardware, Engineering, or Infrastructure industry will be preferred.
