Job Title: Marketing Executive – Training Services

Job Summary
The Marketing Executive – Training Services will be responsible for promoting the institute’s training programs, generating leads, increasing student enrollments, and building strong relationships with corporate clients and institutional partners. The role involves both field marketing and digital marketing activities to achieve admission and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities1. Student Enrollment & Lead Generation
- Promote training programs (Skill Development, Language Training, Professional Certification, etc.)
- Generate leads through field visits, campaigns, references, and digital platforms
- Conduct counseling sessions for prospective students
- Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets
2. Corporate & Institutional Marketing
- Identify and approach corporate clients for employee training programs
- Build partnerships with colleges, schools, and organizations
- Present customized training proposals
- Follow up and close corporate training deals
3. Digital Marketing Support
- Coordinate social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Follow up on digital inquiries and convert leads
- Assist in organizing webinars, seminars, and promotional events
4. Brand Promotion
- Conduct outdoor marketing activities and promotional events
- Distribute brochures and marketing materials
- Represent the institute at education fairs and exhibitions
5. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain lead database and daily activity reports
- Track conversions and prepare weekly performance reports
- Provide market feedback and competitor analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing (preferably in training/education sector)
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Ability to travel locally for field marketing

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
