ROLE DEFINITION: We are seeking a creative, innovative, and detail-oriented Video Creatorand Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, shooting, editing, and producing high-quality video content for digital platforms, corporate communications, employee engagement initiatives, training programs, branding activities, and marketing campaigns.
RESPONSIBILITY DELIVERABLE:
● Conceptualize, create, and edit engaging video content for digital platforms, social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
● Capture high-quality video footage, events, and promotional content as required.
● Edit raw footage into compelling videos with appropriate transitions, effects, music, and graphics.
● Create motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance video quality and audience engagement.
● Collaborate with marketing, and other internal teams to understand requirements and deliver creative solutions.
● Develop short-form and long-form video content optimized for various platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and company websites.
● Ensure brand consistency across all video content, including visual style, tone, and messaging.
● Manage video assets, organize media files, and maintain an efficient content library.
● Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in video production and editing.
● Perform color correction, audio enhancement, and final rendering to ensure professional-quality output.
● Meet project deadlines while maintaining high standards of creativity and accuracy.
● Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors, if required, for video projects.
● Analyze video performance metrics and suggest improvements to enhance viewer engagement and reach.
● Ensure compliance with copyright, licensing, and content usage guidelines.
SKILLS:
● Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
● Strong understanding of video production workflows.
● Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, and visual effects.
● Knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator (preferred).
● Experience in camera handling, lighting setup, and audio recording.
● Excellent storytelling and creative visualization skills.
● Strong understanding of video production workflows.
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor’s degree , Digital Media, or a related field.
· 1–3 years of experience in video production and editing.
