Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Junior System Administrator to support the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, networks, and servers. The role involves assisting senior system administrators in ensuring smooth IT operations and providing technical support to users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining servers, desktops, laptops, and operating systems
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and network issues
- Provide first-level technical support to employees
- Assist in user account management (creation, access control, password resets)
- Support system backups, updates, and security patches
- Maintain IT documentation
- Assist in network troubleshooting
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems
- Understanding of networking concepts (OSI Layer, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with hardware components and peripherals
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and documentation skills
Education & Experience:
- Any Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 0–1 years of experience in IT support or system administration (fresher’s can apply)
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
