We are looking for a highly driven and results-oriented Global Business Development professional
with proven experience in IT services and staff augmentation sales, specifically targeting the international market.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in lead generation, outreach campaigns, and booking qualified meetings
with decision-makers along with excellent leadership skills.

Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the software services market, including lead generation, team handling, prospecting, and networking.

Client Consultation: Understand client needs, challenges, and objectives, and recommend tailored software solutions.

Solution Selling: Present software services including development, implementation, integration, and support.

Sales Presentations: Deliver impactful presentations and demos to prospective clients.

Proposal Development: Collaborate with technical teams to create proposals, SOWs, and pricing models.

Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations and finalize deals to meet revenue targets.

Relationship Management: Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction and retention.

Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Sales Pipeline Management: Manage CRM (e.g., Zoho), track opportunities, and forecast sales.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.

Minimum 5+ years of experience in software services sales.

Strong understanding of software technologies and services.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Experience with multi-channel outbound campaigns (LinkedIn, Email, Cold Calling).
