- Strong skills in Food Preparation and Cooking, with hands-on experience in pizza making and baking.
- Knowledge of Hygiene standards and Food & Beverage best practices, including safe food handling and storage.
- Experience preparing and working with Sauces, toppings, and dough for artisanal or Neapolitan-style pizzas.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, on-site kitchen environment and collaborate with a small, close-knit team.
