Key Responsibilities Identify, appoint, and develop new dealers and distributors for construction chemical products. Build strong relationships with existing dealers, distributors, contractors, and channel partners. Drive secondary sales through dealer engagement and market development activities. Conduct regular market visits to identify business opportunities and competitor activities. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective channel management. Coordinate with marketing and technical teams for product promotions, demonstrations, and dealer support. Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy business relationships. Organize dealer meets, training programs, and promotional activities to increase product awareness. Monitor dealer performance and implement strategies for business growth. Maintain MIS reports, sales forecasting, and market intelligence data.
Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
