Job description:
Key Responsibilities
● Supervise daily site activities and ensure work follows approved drawings
and specifications.
● Ensure proper work sequencing and scheduling of site tasks.
● Study architectural and interior drawings and ensure correct execution.
● Report drawing discrepancies to the design team.
● Verify materials delivered at site and monitor usage.
● Maintain quality and finishing standards during execution.
● Ensure basic safety practices at the site.
● Maintain daily site progress reports and update project managers.
● Assist in project completion and final handover.
Required Skills
● Strong knowledge of interior execution and construction processes
● Ability to read architectural and interior drawings
● Experience in site supervision and contractor coordination
● Knowledge of materials such as tiles, laminates, woodwork, POP, paint, lighting,
etc.
● Good communication and coordination skills
● Ability to manage multiple site activities
