Job Opening – Electrician (Feed Industry)
Position: Electrician
Industry: Animal Feed / Aqua Feed Manufacturing
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform electrical maintenance activities for feed mill machinery, production equipment, and plant utilities.
- Attend breakdowns and ensure minimum downtime of production equipment.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems, motors, panels, starters, VFDs, sensors, and control circuits.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults in PLC-based systems, control panels, and automation equipment.
- Ensure proper functioning of electrical installations, wiring, earthing, and safety devices.
- Assist in installation, commissioning, and modification of electrical equipment.
- Monitor and maintain electrical panels, MCC panels, and power distribution systems.
- Follow electrical safety procedures, permit systems, and safe work practices.
- Maintain maintenance records, breakdown reports, and spare inventory.
- Coordinate with Production and Maintenance teams for smooth plant operations.
Qualification & Experience:
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience as an Electrician in Feed Mill, Aqua Feed, Food Processing, Manufacturing, or similar industry.
- Experience in handling industrial motors, panels, VFDs, PLC systems, and automation equipment preferred.
Skills Required:
- Good knowledge of industrial electrical systems.
- Ability to identify and rectify electrical faults.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices.
- Safety awareness and troubleshooting skills.
Shift: Rotational Shifts
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
