Role Overview
Hurun India is looking for a hands-on IT Infrastructure & Support professional responsible for managing and maintaining the organisation’s complete IT infrastructure, end-user devices, connectivity, security systems and office technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and troubleshoot Windows and Apple/Mac laptops, desktops, monitors and IT accessories.
- Manage servers, LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi, internet connections and access points.
- Manage Apple devices, Apple IDs, subscriptions and licenses.
- Manage CCTV/cameras, biometric attendance and door access-control systems.
- Maintain office phones, conference-room AV and video-conferencing systems.
- Handle IT asset inventory, allocation, maintenance, repairs and replacements.
- Manage employee IT onboarding/offboarding, access permissions and device setup.
- Coordinate with IT, telecom, hardware, networking, security and AV vendors, including AMCs and renewals.
- Ensure system updates, backups, IT security and infrastructure uptime.
- Troubleshoot day-to-day IT issues and provide timely employee support.
- Maintain documentation of IT assets, systems, subscriptions and infrastructure.
- Support IT procurement, upgrades and new office infrastructure setups.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Networking or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in IT Infrastructure / IT Support.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Windows, macOS, networking, servers, hardware and office IT infrastructure.
- Experience with Apple ecosystem, CCTV, biometric/access-control, AV and telephony systems.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving and vendor-management skills.
- Ability to independently manage and take ownership of the organisation’s IT infrastructure.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
