Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Psychology to students of Grades 11 & 12 as per CBSE/ICSE/State Board curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments.
- Conduct engaging classroom sessions that foster interest and understanding in human behavior, mental health, and cognitive processes.
- Evaluate and monitor students' progress through assignments, tests, and projects.
- Organize psychology-related extracurricular activities, workshops, and seminars.
- Maintain academic records, attendance, and student performance data.
- Offer counseling or basic emotional support to students when required, or guide them to the school counselor.
- Collaborate with other faculty members, parents, and school management for student development.
- Stay updated with new developments in psychology and pedagogy.
Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:
- Master’s Degree in Psychology from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory.
Experience:
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience teaching psychology at the senior secondary level preferred.
