Compensation ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Position Overview
This is not a conventional Textile Designer role.
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about textiles but are equally curious about technology, AI, digital platforms, product development, and business.
You will work closely with exporters, manufacturers, designers, sourcing companies, business development teams, and founders to help build India's largest organized textile design ecosystem.

Key ResponsibilitiesTextile & Design
- Develop textile concepts and product ideas
- Create design presentations and mood boards
- Develop colour stories and trend boards
- Assist in product development
- Maintain design quality standards
- Organize and catalogue textile collections
Digital & AI
- Work with AI-powered tools to improve design workflows
- Use digital tools for organizing and managing design assets
- Learn new technologies that improve productivity
- Assist in creating structured design databases
- Help improve digital workflows within DLI
Business & Industry
- Understand buyer requirements
- Coordinate with exporters and manufacturers
- Support the Business Development team during client discussions
- Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, networking events, and industry interactions whenever required
- Research global design and fashion trends
- Identify opportunities that can strengthen the DLI ecosystem
