Role Overview The Front Desk Manager is responsible for overseeing front office operations, leading guest service teams, driving service excellence, and ensuring seamless guest experiences while maintaining operational standards. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end front office operations and guest services Lead, mentor, and supervise front desk associates Handle guest escalations, VIP arrivals, and service recovery Monitor occupancy, room inventory, and operational performance Ensure compliance with SOPs and audit requirements Coordinate staffing, shift planning, and team training Analyze guest feedback and implement service improvements Prepare operational reports and performance reviews Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations Qualifications 4–7 years of front office experience in hospitality Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills Proficiency in PMS systems, reporting, and guest management Flexible to work shifts and manage operational challenges Requirements: Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality Strong knowledge of hotel operations and guest service standards Strong leadership, financial, and communication skills Benefits: Free Accommodation + Food PF & Medical Insurance Attractive salary with career growth opportunities
