About the Role
Funriders Leisure & Amusement Pvt. Ltd., one of India's leading outdoor playground equipment manufacturers, is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build long-term client relationships across Kerala.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through calls, emails, social media, and field visits
- Identify potential customers including schools, preschools, resorts, apartment builders, clubs, and parks
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable outdoor playground solutions
- Schedule meetings and product presentations with prospective clients
- Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into sales
- Prepare quotations and proposals, and coordinate with design and operations teams
- Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions in the CRM
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business
- Conduct market research on new opportunities and competitor activity
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events
Qualifications
- Any degree; Marketing, Commerce, or a related field preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Malayalam
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills
- Willingness to travel for client meetings
