Key Responsibilities
- Infrastructure Management: Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, servers, routers, and peripherals.
- Network & System Administration: Monitor and manage local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and VPNs to ensure maximum uptime.
- Technical Support: Act as the primary point of contact for resolving hardware, software, and cloud-application issues.
- Data Security & Backups: Implement digital security measures (e.g., firewalls, two-factor authentication) and execute routine data backups.
- Vendor & Asset Management: Collaborate with external IT vendors for specialized services and manage the inventory of IT assets.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Typically 1 to 3 years of experience in IT support, network administration, or systems management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems, Active Directory, and basic cloud platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud).
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work in high-demand corporate environments.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
