A Barista is responsible for preparing and serving coffee, tea, and other beverages while providing excellent customer service. The role includes maintaining cleanliness, handling cash transactions, and creating a welcoming environment for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, tea, and specialty beverages according to company standards.
- Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately.
- Operate cash registers and POS systems.
- Handle cash, card, and digital payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, equipment, and work areas.
- Restock ingredients, supplies, and merchandise.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Assist customers with menu recommendations and product information.
- Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining service quality.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
