Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Sales Coordinator to support our sales process and ensure smooth follow-up of incoming business inquiries. The role is focused on handling lead coordination, customer follow-ups, CRM management, quotation tracking, and sales pipeline discipline.
This is an ideal role for someone who wants to grow in B2B industrial sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Handling & Customer Coordination
- Handle incoming leads from website, WhatsApp, email, and other inquiry sources
- Respond quickly to initial customer inquiries
- Collect technical and business requirements from customers
- Coordinate customer calls and meetings with the sales/founder team
Follow-up & Sales Coordination
- Track quotations and maintain regular follow-up with prospects
- Revive inactive / old leads
- Ensure no lead is missed or delayed
- Maintain follow-up discipline across all sales stages
CRM & Reporting
- Update and maintain CRM (Zoho Bigin or related tools)
- Keep records of leads, quotations, discussions, and status updates
- Prepare weekly sales pipeline reports
- Track conversion and follow-up progress
Proposal & Documentation Support
- Support in preparing basic quotations, proposals, and customer documents
- Coordinate with internal teams for required sales information
- Maintain organized customer communication records
Market Support
- Basic research on potential customers, industries, and competitors
- Support outbound prospecting if required (LinkedIn, directories, B2B platforms)
Required Skills
- Good spoken and written English
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Good phone / WhatsApp / email handling
- Comfortable using CRM tools, Excel, Google Sheets
- Organized and detail-focused
- Strong ownership and discipline
- Ability to learn technical product basics
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B sales coordination / inside sales
- Familiarity with industrial products or machinery
- Knowledge of Zoho CRM / Bigin is a plus
- Basic understanding of exports or international customer communication is a plus

Important Note
This role is not a direct closing / senior sales role.
