Job Title: Customer Care Executive – Social Media & Call Support
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries received through Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other social media platforms.
- Resolve customer concerns and provide accurate information via calls and chats.
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Coordinate with internal teams to provide effective customer support.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced-level English proficiency is mandatory, as the role involves professional communication with customers through calls, chats, and social media platforms.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms.
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle calls confidently and professionally.
