Job Summary:
SEEK Digital Studio is looking for a CRM Implementation Specialist to help businesses implement, configure, and integrate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions that improve customer engagement, sales processes, and business operations.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure CRM systems based on client requirements.
- Integrate CRM solutions with websites, forms, email platforms, and other business applications.
- Import and organize customer data.
- Customize CRM modules, workflows, and automations.
- Train clients on CRM usage and best practices.
- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting.
Requirements:
- Experience with one or more CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Understanding of sales and customer management processes.
- Experience with API integrations and third-party applications is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and recommend suitable CRM solutions.
