Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented SEO Executive to join our on-site team in Mohali. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing SEO projects and a strong understanding of search engine algorithms, on-page, and off-page optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research
- Handle on-page SEO (meta tags, content optimization, internal linking, etc.)
- Manage off-page SEO activities (link building, outreach, guest posting)
- Work on live projects and ensure timely delivery of results
- Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics & Search Console
- Generate SEO reports and suggest improvements
- Coordinate with content, design, and development teams
- Ability to handle small teams or guide juniors when required
Requirements
- 6 months to 2.5 years of hands-on SEO experience
- Experience working on real-time projects
- Basic knowledge of technical SEO
- Familiarity with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.)
- Good understanding of Google algorithms and ranking factors
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Team handling or leadership exposure is a plus
- Good communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of WordPress or CMS platforms
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
- Experience in international SEO is a plus
- Up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and updates
