- Call customers regarding pending loan EMI and overdue payments.
- Remind customers about payment due dates and recovery schedules.
- Follow up with customers regularly through calls and messages.
- Explain repayment options and assist customers in clearing dues.
- Maintain proper records of calls, payment commitments, and customer responses.
- Coordinate with the recovery team and update daily reports.
- Handle customer queries professionally and maintain good communication.
- Achieve daily and monthly recovery targets.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and Assamese preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Experience in telecalling, customer service, or loan recovery preferred.
- Ability to handle customers politely and confidently.
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
