We are looking for a confident and result-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities by reaching out to prospective clients across the European market through cold calling, introducing the company's freight forwarding services, and converting leads into customers.
The role requires excellent spoken English, strong communication skills, and prior experience in the freight forwarding/logistics industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients in the European market.
- Present and promote the company's international freight forwarding and logistics solutions.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable logistics services.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market developments.
Skills & Qualifications
- 1 - 3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Inside Sales within a Freight Forwarding or Logistics company.
- Mandatory experience in Freight Forwarding (Air Freight, Sea Freight, & Multimodal Logistics).
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with a neutral and professional accent.
- Strong cold calling, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable interacting with international clients, particularly in Europe.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident in handling outbound sales.
Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
