Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Barman to prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while delivering an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of beverages, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain high standards of hygiene, quality, and service.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and other beverages as per standard recipes.
- Ensure prompt, courteous, and professional service to all guests.
- Recommend beverages based on guest preferences and menu pairings.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times.
- Monitor bar inventory and report stock shortages to the concerned authority.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of beverages, garnishes, and bar supplies.
- Verify guest age where required and ensure responsible service of alcohol.
- Operate POS systems accurately and process guest orders efficiently.
- Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs.
- Coordinate with the service and kitchen teams to ensure seamless guest service.
- Assist in stock-taking, bar opening, and closing procedures.
- Minimize wastage and prevent product pilferage.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
