Position Summary: Intent Amplify is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Generation Executive to join our dynamic team. This role demands a proactive, goal-driven individual with exceptional communication skills and a proven ability to engage decision-makers in a B2B setting. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving the Lead Generation process.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential clients or customers through various online channels.
Generate leads by cold calling, emailing, and networking.
Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria.
Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs.
Introduce the client’s products or services and articulate their value proposition.
Dialing different campaigns- Whitepaper, MQL, HQL, Webinar, BANT.
Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and follow-up activities.
Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
Continuously improve lead generation techniques and strategies.
Requirements:
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport.
Highly motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Should be comfortable working in US shift (6 pm-3 am) & Rotational shift as required.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Being open to work in challenging environment.
