Job Summary
We are seeking a Software Implementation Executive to support the successful setup, customization, and rollout of Zoho applications across our organization. The role will work closely with management to streamline business processes, configure workflows, migrate data, and ensure effective adoption of Zoho solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist management in implementing and configuring Zoho applications, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Recruit, Zoho People, and other Zoho One products.
- Gather business requirements from different departments and translate them into system configurations.
- Create and customize workflows, forms, automation rules, reports, dashboards, and templates.
- Support data migration, data cleansing, and system integration activities.
- Coordinate with Zoho support and implementation partners to resolve technical and functional issues.
- Conduct system testing and document implementation processes.
- Train employees on system usage and best practices.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
- Provide ongoing user support and troubleshoot operational issues.
- Maintain implementation documentation, SOPs, and user guides.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in software implementation, administration, CRM, HRMS, ATS, or business process automation.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Recruit, Zoho People, Zoho Creator, Zoho One, or similar business applications.
- Understanding of workflows, automation, integrations, and business process mapping.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple departments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience implementing CRM, HRMS, ATS, or business management solutions.
- Experience implementing Zoho solutions for real estate, recruitment, sales, or service organizations.
- Knowledge of Deluge scripting, API integrations, and custom application development is an advantage.
- Experience in CRM migration and user adoption projects.

Salary : Based on experience and skill set.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
