Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Manage PF & ESIC compliance, returns, and inspections
2. Handle Gratuity & Bonus compliance and employee benefits
3. Ensure compliance under Shops & Establishment Act and Factory Act
4. Maintain statutory registers, records, and documentation
5. Liaise with government authorities during audits and inspections
6. Execute Payroll Management – attendance, overtime, shift updates, salary processing, and accurate disbursement
7. Support clients with customized compliance and payroll solutions
Eligibility
1. Graduate / Postgraduate in HR / Law / Commerce (MA HRD preferred)
2. 1–3 years of experience in labour law compliance and payroll management
Strong knowledge of statutory regulations, HR documentation, and payroll systems
3. Good communication and organizational skills
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
