About Vinde Tradex
Vinde Tradex (DB GROUP) is a fast-growing wholesale garment company specializing in imported apparel distribution across India. As we continue expanding our operations, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Warehouse & Sales Manager to establish, manage, and optimize our warehouse and wholesale sales operations in Surat, Gujarat.
This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in building systems, managing inventory with precision, leading a sales team, and ensuring smooth day-to-day warehouse operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Warehouse Operations
- Set up and manage end-to-end warehouse operations.
- Organize warehouse layout for maximum storage efficiency.
- Ensure proper storage, safety, cleanliness, and warehouse discipline.
- Supervise receiving, storage, and dispatch activities.
- Maintain smooth warehouse workflow and operational efficiency.
- Develop wholesale customers and strengthen business relationships.
- Monitor daily sales performance and ensure sales targets are achieved.
Inventory Management
- Verify incoming stock against invoices and packing lists.
- Count and inspect all goods received.
- Identify shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
- Maintain 100% inventory accuracy.
- Conduct regular stock audits and inventory reconciliation.
- Implement inventory control systems and warehouse SOPs.
Dispatch & Logistics
- Coordinate order picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Verify quantities before dispatch.
- Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of customer orders.
Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse and sales staff.
- Assign daily tasks and monitor productivity.
- Maintain staff attendance, discipline, and sales performance.
- Build a positive, accountable, and high-performing team.
Reporting
Prepare and submit Daily Operations Reports, including:
- Opening Stock
- Closing Stock
- Goods Received
- Goods Dispatched
- Pending Orders
- Damaged & Returned Items
- Staff Attendance
- Operational Issues
- Daily Sales Report
- Daily Cash Expenses (if any)
Process Improvement
- Develop and implement warehouse SOPs.
- Improve operational efficiency and workflow.
- Reduce inventory errors and stock losses.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company processes.

Preferred Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in Sales, Warehouse, Operations, Supply Chain, Retail, FMCG, Garment, or Logistics industries.
- Experience handling medium- to large-scale inventory.
- Ability to independently establish and manage warehouse and sales operations.
- Experience in the wholesale garment business will be an added advantage.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Supply Chain, Sales Management, Inventory Management, Operations, or Business Administration will be an added advantage.
