Job Summary
We are looking for hardworking and reliable General Labourers to join our spice packaging unit. The role involves assisting with spice packing, handling materials, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting daily production activities to ensure smooth factory operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Pack spices into pouches, boxes, and containers according to company standards
- Label, seal, and stack finished products properly
- Operate basic packaging machinery under supervision
- Weigh and measure spice products accurately
- Load and unload raw materials and finished goods
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the production area
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety guidelines
- Inspect packaging for quality issues or damage
- Assist supervisors and team members with daily production tasks
- Keep records of packed items when required
Requirements
- No formal education required; basic reading and counting skills preferred
- Previous factory or packaging experience is an advantage
- Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
- Ability to lift moderate weights
- Punctual, disciplined, and team-oriented
- Willingness to work in shifts and overtime if needed

Pay: ₹9,500.00 - ₹12,500.00 per month
