Key Responsibilities
* Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
* Handle walk-in enquiries, phone calls, WhatsApp, and online leads professionally.
* Follow up with prospective students to convert enquiries into admissions.
* Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with students throughout the admission process.
* Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
* Achieve monthly admission and counselling targets.
* Participate in education fairs, seminars, and promotional activities when required.
* Prepare daily and weekly reports on counselling activities and admissions.
Required Skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong convincing and counselling abilities.
* Ability to understand students' educational and career goals.
* Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
* Positive attitude with a target-oriented approach.
* Good organisational and time-management skills.
Eligibility
* Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
* Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.
