Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, a typical day involves collaborating with a diverse team to design and implement comprehensive solutions that enhance the entire application lifecycle. The role focuses on integrating various components and systems to ensure seamless delivery and high-quality outcomes. Daily activities include continuous testing across multiple domains such as security and application programming interfaces, developing and maintaining automated testing frameworks, and supporting the configuration of data and environments. The position also involves active participation in code reviews, tracking and reporting issues, and contributing to ongoing improvements in testing processes to uphold product excellence.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of testing strategies with project goals.
- Assist in the development and refinement of automation frameworks to improve testing efficiency.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Monitor testing progress and provide timely updates to stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing.
- Experience in designing and executing automated test scripts to validate software functionality.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to support automated testing.
- Ability to analyze test results and identify defects or areas for improvement.
- Knowledge of configuring test environments and managing test data to ensure accurate test execution.
- Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues encountered during testing cycles.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Automated Testing.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
