Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Admission Counsellor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling student enquiries, counselling prospective students, explaining course details, and converting leads into admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle student enquiries through calls and follow-ups.
- Counsel students based on their career and course requirements.
- Explain course details, benefits, fees, and admission process.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.
- Maintain candidate records and update CRM.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents.
- Resolve queries and provide timely assistance.
Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Sales, counselling, telecalling, or customer-handling experience preferred.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
- Graduate candidates preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
