Job Overview:
Helping Human Infratech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and confident Telecaller / Client Relationship Executive who can connect with potential customers, explain our plotting projects, and coordinate site visits with interested clients. The candidate should be energetic, persuasive, and comfortable interacting with clients both over the phone and in person.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads for plotting projects.
- Explain project details, pricing, and location benefits to prospective buyers.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested clients.
- Meet clients when required and accompany them for site visits.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and convert them into bookings.
- Maintain a database of leads and update CRM/records regularly.
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate telecalling or sales (plot sales experience preferred).
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Confident personality with convincing ability.
- Comfortable in meeting clients and coordinating site visits.
- Basic knowledge of Patna locations and real estate market is a plus.
- Must be proactive, target-oriented, and well-presented.
