Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional support to clients through email, chat, and voice communication.
- Handle client queries professionally and ensure timely, accurate resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve client concerns efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, follow-ups, and issue resolutions.
- Manage client tickets and ensure all assigned tasks are completed within defined timelines.
- Build positive client relationships by delivering a high standard of service.
- Communicate effectively in written and spoken English with strong grammatical accuracy.
- Utilize MS Office and other business tools to support daily operations.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in Client Support, Customer Support, Client Services, or a related field.
- Comfortable working in a continuous night shift.
- Willing to work 5 days a week with rotational weekly offs.
- Must be available to work from our Aundh, Pune office.
