Key Responsibilities:
1. End-to-End Recruitment
Manage the full recruitment cycle from requirement understanding to candidate onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role expectations and hiring timelines.
2. Candidate Sourcing
Source candidates using multiple channels including LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and internal databases.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing and future hiring needs.
3. Screening & Evaluation
Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate fit, skills, communication, and motivation.
Evaluate candidates based on role requirements and organizational culture.
4. Interview Coordination
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Ensure smooth communication and follow-up during the interview process.
5. Offer Management
Support compensation discussions and offer negotiations.
Maintain candidate engagement until joining.
6. Recruitment Tracking
Maintain accurate records in the ATS or recruitment tracker.
Track pipeline metrics such as sourcing, screening, interview stages, offers, and joins.
Required Skills:
Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience
Strong sourcing and screening skills
Experience hiring for technology roles
Good understanding of IT skillsets and technology stacks
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience hiring for IT Services companies or product engineering services firms
Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other sourcing tools
Exposure to recruitment metrics and ATS systems
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
