Front-of-House (FOH)
- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take customer orders accurately.
- Operate the POS (Point of Sale) billing system.
- Handle cash, UPI, and card transactions.
- Resolve basic customer queries and ensure a positive dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service counter and dining area.
Customer Service (CSR)
- Deliver excellent customer service with a positive attitude.
- Ensure timely order coordination and handover.
- Handle customer feedback professionally.
- Maintain service quality standards at all times.
Kitchen Operations
- Assist in food preparation and assembly as per SOPs.
- Ensure food quality and presentation standards are maintained.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Support stock replenishment and inventory checks.
- Assist in opening and closing duties.
Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
