About the Role
We are looking for an energetic, responsible, and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Marketing & Office Operations Intern. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys social media, marketing, content creation, and working in a dynamic office environment. Along with creative work, you will also gain valuable field experience through site visits and client interactions.

Key Responsibilities Social Media & Marketing
- Manage the company's Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Capture high-quality photos and videos of ongoing and completed projects.
- Create engaging reels, stories, and marketing content.
- Assist in designing basic creatives using Canva and AI tools.
- Plan and maintain regular social media updates.
- Record client testimonials and project showcase videos.
Site Visits & Client Support
- Visit project sites with the office team.
- Assist in showing project sites to clients.
- Capture site progress through photos and videos.
- Support the team with basic site measurements and documentation.
- Coordinate with team members during site visits whenever required.
Office Operations
- Assist with daily office operations and administrative tasks.
- Organize files, documents, and office records.
- Perform basic computer work, data entry, and clerical tasks.
- Support team members with day-to-day office activities.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
- Assist with general office support tasks, including serving tea, water, or refreshments whenever required as part of supporting the team.

- Comfortable using a smartphone to capture quality photos and videos.
- Basic understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on different responsibilities.

- A positive attitude and professional behavior.
- A valid two-wheeler driving license is preferred but not mandatory.
