Sales Representative (Software Sales)
Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with qualified leads, understanding client requirements, preparing project proposals, managing follow-ups, and converting prospects into customers. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate lead records in our CRM system.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact inbound and assigned leads via phone, email, and online meetings.
- Understand client business requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
- Prepare and present customized project proposals and quotations.
- Follow up with prospects regularly to move them through the sales pipeline.
- Negotiate with clients and close deals to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain and update all lead activities, communications, and deal status in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the technical and project teams to gather project estimates and ensure a smooth client handover after project closure.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on the company's software development services, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of software development, mobile app development, web development, or SaaS solutions is an advantage.
- Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into solution-based proposals.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

Employment Type
