Overview
Main Responsibilities
- Study tender drawings, BOQ, and specifications
- Prepare quantity take-off from drawings
- Estimate material, labor, and equipment costs
- Request quotations from suppliers/subcontractors
- Prepare tender submissions and pricing sheets
- Compare vendor quotations
- Coordinate with design and project teams
- Value engineering and cost optimization
Required Skills
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems
- AutoCAD / Revit MEP
- Estimation software and Excel
- Understanding of BOQ and tender documents
- Quantity surveying basics
- Cost analysis and procurement coordination
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
