We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Overseas Education Counsellor to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and personalized counselling to students and parents on international education (courses, universities, applications, visas)
- Assist students with university selection, application processes, and documentation
- Conduct tele-counselling and proactively engage with prospective students
- Handle 100–150 warm leads daily via calls and follow-ups
- Convert leads into enrollments and achieve defined targets
- Maintain and update records in CRM systems
- Build long-term relationships with students and ensure a seamless experience
- Stay updated on global education trends, admission requirements, and visa processes
Eligibility Criteria (Strict Requirement):
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
- Proven ability to handle objections and work under pressure
- Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and email communication

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
