About the Role
We are looking for a mature, responsible and professional Client Relationship Executive to join our Mutual Fund Department. The role involves existing client servicing, mutual fund operations, documentation, portal work and client communication.
This is a non-sales role — no cold calling or field sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle servicing and queries of existing mutual fund clients
- Manage day-to-day mutual fund operations and transactions
- Work on mutual fund portals and internal systems
- Coordinate with clients for documents, updates and service requests
- Maintain accurate client records and follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution
- Communicate professionally with clients over phone and email
Candidate Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in client servicing, operations, banking, mutual funds or financial services
- Basic knowledge of Mutual Funds is required; Mutual Fund experience preferred
- Good spoken and written English
- Basic knowledge of Excel, Email, MS Office and computer applications
- Good client-handling and communication skills
- Responsible, detail-oriented and comfortable with routine operational work
- Banking, AMC, mutual fund, stock broking or other financial-services background preferred
- Candidates from Chandigarh / Mohali / Panchkula preferred

Mon–Fri: 8:50 AM – 5:30 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
4th Saturday Off
