Studio Executive & Videographer
Job Description
Creator HUB by The Salem Studios is looking for a Studio Executive & Videographer to manage our content creation studio in Salem and support our Social Media Marketing Agency’s production requirements.
This is a full-time, on-site role suitable for someone who is skilled in videography, camera handling, lighting, basic audio setup, and customer communication.
The selected candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day Creator HUB operations, customer enquiries, studio bookings, personal branding shoots, podcast shoots, equipment management, and Socialmedians client shoots when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and studio bookings.
- Prepare the studio before every customer booking.
- Handle cameras, lighting equipment, microphones, and other production equipment.
- Shoot personal branding videos, reels, interviews, and podcasts.
- Assist customers during studio sessions.
- Maintain professional customer communication.
- Track studio booking timings and coordinate payments.
- Organize, transfer, and manage raw footage after shoots.
- Maintain studio cleanliness and equipment safety.
- Reset the studio after every booking.
- Travel for Socialmedians client shoots when required.
- Coordinate with the Socialmedians team for production requirements.
- Report daily bookings, shoots, and operational issues to management.
Requirements
- Knowledge of camera operation and videography.
- Understanding of lighting, framing, and basic audio setup.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Responsible, punctual, and organized.
- Ability to manage studio equipment carefully.
- Willing to travel for client shoots.
- Basic video editing knowledge is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Freshers with a strong portfolio and practical skills can also apply.
Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site
Location: Salem, Tamil Nadu
Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
