Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) to join our Projects Department. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the execution of Purified Water (PW), Water for Injection (WFI), Pure Steam, and High-Purity Water System projects for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, and industrial clients.
As a GET, you will undergo structured training and work closely with experienced project engineers to support project planning, engineering coordination, execution, documentation, and customer communication from project kick-off through successful completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, execution, and coordination of water system projects.
- Support project engineers in monitoring project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, production, service, and customer teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Review engineering drawings, P&IDs, equipment layouts, and technical documents.
- Track material dispatches, site activities, and project progress.
- Assist in preparing project documentation, reports, MOMs, and handover documents.
- Support site installation, commissioning coordination, and project close-out activities.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and project requirements.
- Learn project management practices and develop technical knowledge of high-purity water systems.
Desired Candidate Profile
- B.E./B.Tech in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude and eagerness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of engineering drawings, project coordination, and industrial processes will be an advantage.
- Good communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
