- Assist students with admissions and enrollment procedures
- Respond to student queries via phone, email, WhatsApp, or in person
- Maintain accurate student records and documentation
- Guide students onboarding processes
- Coordinate with academic, finance, and support teams for student needs
- Provide follow-up support to ensure student satisfaction and retention
- Handle complaints, feedback, and issue resolution professionally
- Support students with learning platforms, portals, or basic technical queries
- Prepare reports on student interactions and service performance
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies and service standards
