*Assistant Manager – Customer Experience & Business Development*

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the centre
- Prepare daily and monthly reports
- Ensure the upkeep and smooth functioning of the centre
- Handle calls, walk-ins, and student inquiries
- Conduct cold calling and lead follow-ups
- Manage petty cash and related accounts
- Schedule classes and arrange demo sessions
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve centre targets and performance goals
- Organize recitals, open houses, and centre events
**Business Development Role:**
- Visit malls, cafés, and residential societies to explore opportunities
- Identify and plan events/activities to generate leads
- Build partnerships and local tie-ups
- Drive B2C outreach and bring in new enrollments
