Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced OT Staff with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Operation Theatre to join our surgical team. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe and efficient surgical procedures while maintaining high standards of patient care and infection control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain the Operation Theatre for scheduled and emergency surgeries.
- Ensure proper sterilization and arrangement of surgical instruments and equipment.
- Assist surgeons and anesthetists during surgical procedures.
- Monitor patients’ vital signs before, during, and after surgery.
- Follow strict infection control and aseptic protocols.
- Assist with patient positioning, draping, and post-operative care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and patient records.
- Coordinate effectively with OT technicians and medical staff to ensure smooth workflow.
Qualifications:
- Diploma / B.Sc. Nursing
- Registered Staff Nurse (Valid Registration Mandatory)
- Minimum 2 years of OT experience in a hospital setting
- Strong knowledge of OT protocols, sterilization standards, and patient safety
