Key Responsibilities
- Assemble mechanical components, robotic structures, and machine parts as per engineering drawings.
- Install and align motors, gearboxes, conveyors, pneumatic systems, and robotic equipment.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of machinery and robotic systems.
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings, layouts, and technical manuals.
- Inspect machines and identify faults or abnormal conditions.
- Replace defective mechanical parts and ensure smooth machine operation.
- Use hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments, and alignment equipment properly.
- Support machine installation, commissioning, and trial runs.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and machine downtime.
- Ensure workplace cleanliness and follow 5S practices.
- Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company regulations.
- Coordinate with electrical, production, and quality teams during machine maintenance activities.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of mechanical assembly and fitting works
- Understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic systems
- Basic knowledge of robotic automation equipment
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and schematics
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with hand tools and measuring instruments
- Teamwork and communication skills
Qualification
- ITI / Diploma in Fitter, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
Experience
- 1–5 years of experience in manufacturing, automation, or robotic industry preferred
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
