We are looking for a skilled and experienced Appam & Parotta Maker to join our kitchen team. The candidate should be capable of preparing authentic Kerala-style appams and parottas while maintaining high standards of quality, taste, and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook appam, parotta, and related South Indian bread items.
- Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the work area.
- Follow food safety standards and kitchen procedures.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth operations.
- Manage ingredient usage and minimize wastage.
Requirements:
- Experience in making appam and parotta in a hotel, restaurant, or catering environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
