Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain Workday HCM modules such as Core HR, Recruiting, Absence, Talent, and Performance.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance within the Workday platform.
- Provide functional support to HR teams and resolve system-related issues.
- Partner with HR stakeholders to understand requirements and implement system enhancements.
- Support configuration changes, testing, and rollout of new Workday features.
- Generate reports and dashboards as required by HR and management.
- Assist in user training and documentation for Workday processes.
