Hair Wellness Consultant (US & Canada Market)About the Role
At Kaira Hair Care, we help people navigate some of their most personal hair concerns, including hair fall, thinning, postpartum hair loss, hormonal hair loss, scalp issues, and overall hair health.
As a Hair Wellness Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact for customers across the United States and Canada throughout their haircare journey. Your role is part consultation, part customer success, and part sales. You will speak directly with customers, understand their concerns, recommend personalized Kaira routines, explain treatment plans, answer questions, and provide ongoing support to help them stay consistent and achieve the best possible results.
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, builds trust easily, and communicates with confidence and empathy. Prior beauty industry experience is a plus, but we are equally open to individuals with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
Compensation & Growth
- Fixed salary: ₹12,000–15,000 per month (based on experience and communication skills)
- Performance review after the first 3 months
- High performers will be eligible for a commission structure tied to consultations, sales conversions, customer retention, and overall performance
- Salary revisions and expanded responsibilities will be considered based on performance and long-term fit with the company
Work Details
- Fully remote (WFH)
- Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM IST (serving US & Canada customers)
- Must have a quiet workspace and a reliable internet connection
- Candidates based in Ahmedabad or Mumbai preferred
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred
What You'll Be Doing
- Conduct phone, video, and messaging consultations with customers
- Understand customer concerns such as hair fall, thinning, postpartum hair loss, hormonal hair loss, dandruff, and scalp issues
- Recommend routines based on customer needs
- Explain products, usage instructions, and treatment plans clearly
- Follow up with leads and existing customers
- Build long-term customer relationships through regular check-ins
- Maintain consultation notes and customer records
- Support customers throughout their treatment journey
- Work closely with the founders to improve customer experience and sales processes
Who We're Looking For
- Excellent spoken and written English (Fluent)
- Should be able to speak Gujarati
- Comfortable speaking with North American customers
- Strong empathy and active listening skills
- Confident communicator who can build trust quickly
- Organized, proactive, and customer-focused
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, spreadsheets, and CRM tools
- Interest in beauty, wellness, health, or customer success is a plus
