- Handle customer queries and provide quick, accurate resolutions through live chat.
- Excellent written English communication and strong typing skills required.
- Ability to manage multiple chats, multitask, and meet response-time targets.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
